Privacy policy
This policy explains how SC Signature Ltd ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you visit our website, book a treatment or become a member. We are the data controller for this information under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect
- Contact and booking details: your name, email, phone number, and appointment history.
- Payment details: deposit and membership payments. Card details are handled by our payment providers, and we never see or store them.
- Health information: allergies, skin conditions, medical history or pregnancy that affect whether a treatment is safe for you, especially for facials and body sculpting. We only collect this with your explicit consent, and only when it's needed.
- Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram, phone or email.
How we use it
- To book, manage and remind you about appointments, and to run your membership. We need to do this to provide the service you've asked for.
- To take deposits and payments, and to keep the financial records the law requires.
- To carry out treatments safely, using any health information you've given with your consent.
- To reply to your messages and questions.
- To send you offers, but only if you've opted in. You can opt out at any time.
We never sell your information.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with the services we use to run the studio, and only as much as each one needs:
- Square: online booking, appointment reminders and client records.
- Tide: deposit payment links and business banking.
- Meta (WhatsApp and Instagram): when you message us there.
- Cloudflare: hosts this website.
- Google: the map on our website.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use the safeguards UK law requires.
Cookies
This website doesn't set its own tracking or advertising cookies. The Google map and the Square booking pages may set their own cookies when you use them. Their privacy policies explain how.
How long we keep it
We keep client and treatment records for as long as you're a client, then for up to 6 years in case of any query or claim. We keep payment records for 6 years for tax purposes. We delete messages and other details once we no longer need them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. You can also withdraw consent at any time. To do any of this, email info@sc-signature.co.uk. We'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
